Children's rates
Add £20.00 per child on a Bed & Breakfast basis. Prices are based on child sharing with 2 adults. Children up to 16 years old.

Pet policy
Your faithful friend is welcome to paws with you at The Lister Arms at a cost of £10 per visit. Please let us know when you make your booking so that we can make sure your room is to your pooch’s preference.

Best rate guarantee
Finding the best deal on a website can be a trying experience, but please rest assured that the Lister Arms website will always offer you the best available rate for your stay.

If you make a booking via the Lister Arms website and you find a cheaper rate on the internet within 24 hours, we will honour the lower rate and give you a further 10% off that rate. The best rate guarantee does not apply to contracted, confidential or otherwise unpublished rates such as negotiated corporate or group rates and pre paid rates that involve a voucher.

The Lister Arms reserves the right to modify this guarantee at any time without prior notice.

Booking terms & conditions
You will not be charged for a booking if you cancel it up to 12noon on the day before you are due to arrive. If you have already paid, a full refund will be given. Bookings cancelled after 12noon on the day before you are due to arrive will be charged for the first night’s stay. Please note, if you do not turn up at all, you will still be charged for the first night’s stay.

For Bank Holidays and New Year (from 24th December 2009 to 2nd January 2010), weekend rates apply. We operate a minimum two night’s stay policy at weekends. Rates include VAT at the current rate.
